Poppins and the story behind her
A screening of Mary Poppins at The Dukes cinema in Lancaster will help celebrate the film’s 50th anniversary.
A new print of the children’s favourite will be shown on January 5 prior to the screening of Saving Mr Banks (PG), the new film starring Emma Thompson as author P.L. Travers and Tom Hanks as Walt Disney.
Tickets to see both films separately cost £6/£5 (concessions) but those booking both before January 5, can enjoy Mary Poppins for just £2.
