Playing for time in One Act
The play’s the thing and audiences can see no less than 11 of them this week as the 20th annual One Act Festival returns.
The four-night event, at Preston Playhouse, brings all six of the city’s biggest amateur drama companies together to show off their skills by producing and performing their own one-act play.
Organised by the Broughton Players, the festival, which kicks off tomorrow, features three plays each week night and two on the closing night of Saturday.
