Local Theatre Company Wooden Spoons Theatre launches The Church Street Cut Throat Ghost Tour on Thursday, taking guests on a journey 200 years into the past to explore and bring to life the violent and murderous history of Church Street.
Led by two highly-animated story tellers and accompanied by haunting sounds from a live musician.

Hide AdThis will bring a unique and immersive theatrical experience to the people of Preston.
The tours are available over 16 nights throughout autumn.
The evening start at Lofty’s Cocktail Emporium, Glover’s Court, with its Victorian décor and historically-themed drinks to create the perfect atmosphere and anticipation.
Wooden Spoons Theatre aims to encourage local and regional audiences to Preston by revealing its shadow heritage set The Tours are not suitable for under 15s and adults under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are priced at £7.50 and are available on the door or via the website www.woodenspoonstheatre.co.uk.

Tour Dates:
September 19, 20, 26 and 27 at 7.30pm and 9pm.
October 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24 and 25 at 7.30pm and 9pm.
Halloween Night Special, on October 31 at 7.30pm, 9pm and midnight.
And it’s back to 7.30pm and 9pm starts on November 1, 2 and 3.
