Where is the best bonfire event nearest to you?
Many displays will take place over the weekend with more planned for November 5 and there’s also set to be some the following weekend too.
The skies across Lancashire will be lit up with a colourful selection of pretty fireworks. Here is what is happening across the county:
TONIGHT

Hide AdChorley Carnival Committee is hosting a Firework Fiesta in Astley Park. Gates open at 5pm and there will be entertainment, a fun fair and food.
TOMORROW
A firework display will be held at Gregson Lane playing fields tomorrow night. The bonfire and fireworks are in aid of the new community centre. Gates open at 6.30pm and the fireworks are at 8pm.
It costs £3 for adults and £1 for children. Refreshments will be available at Gregson Lane Community Centre.
Garstang Community Bonfire and Fireworks Display will take place on the High Street car park. The bonfire will be lit at 7pm with the firework display at 7.30pm. The entrance price £3 and under-fives go free.

Hide AdA bonfire and firework display will be held at Walton-le-Dale Recreation Ground in Higher Walton Road. Gates open at 6pm and the fire starts at 6.30pm and the fireworks are at 7.30pm. The price for adults if £3 and £1 for children.
Cottam Community Bonfire and Fireworks Display at Cottam Community Centre in Haydock Lane, starts at 6.15pm and the fireworks at 7pm. Admission is free but donations are welcome. It has been organised by 1st Cottam Scouts and Trinity Church in Cottam.
Red Bank Scout Group will host its annual bonfire and firework display in Duxbury Park, Chorley. Gates open at 6pm, the fire will be lit at 6.30pm and fireworks are at 7pm.
TUESDAY
The annual Preston Grasshoppers bonfire and fireworks display is on Tuesday. The gates open at 6pm and the bonfire will be lit at 7pm followed by the fireworks at 8pm.
The cost is £6 per person or £17 per family on the gate.

Hide AdOn the same night Penwortham Firework Display will be held on Middleforth Green. Gates open from 7pm.
Leyland Round Table will host its annual bonfire at Worden Park. Gates open at 6pm, the bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm and the display starts at 7.45pm
Tickets are £3 beforehand and £5 on the gate.
NOVEMBER 9
The Longton Community Bonfire and Fireworks Display will be held on the Victory Memorial Ground in Longton on November 9.
The event is free. The bonfire will be lit at 7pm and the fireworks at 7.30pm.
