The annual Entrepreneuers’ Lunch at Blackpool Pleasure Beach has been running for almost 20 years providing an opportunity to a wide range of suppliers from across Lancashire and create new business opportunities.

The meal at the Paradise Rooms overlooking the sea front included stilton and broccoli soup served with crme fraiche , followed by salmon served with tomato and dill hollandaise. The main course was Goosnargh chicken breast filled with wild mushroom stuffing, wrapped in prosciutto ham and napped with red onion and thyme sauce. Pictured are, Jack Beaman, Giles Hayton and Asa Watson.

Dessert was giant raspberry pavlova followed by a coffee and cheese station.

A spokesman for Blackpool Pleasure Beach said: The Lancashire Entrepreneurs Comedy Lunch was as hilarious as ever this year. More than 200 guests attended the event, which is now in its 18th year.
They were entertained by some amazing comedians including Mick Miller, Ken Webster, Steve Royle, Tony Jo and Ryan Gleeson.
