Hide AdCoral Horn, founder of Pink Link said “Each year, thousands of women network through our events. It was heart wrenching to hear from so many women who suddenly saw the possibility of their business dreams turning to dust.
"I decided to do something about it. It’s essential to get creative and do things differently to survive this crisis. Our ladies are fantastic, they are working together to support and motivate each other.”
She said in the first such Pink Link meeting, the entrepreneurs generated business across the miles. Items were ordered online and home deliveries were arranged. Ideas were shared and collaborations were formed.
Bev Wood of St Annes-based BWD Design said:“I’m planning forward and so are my clients. An introduction from Pink Link led to a project for one of the county’s most stunning historic houses, Astley Hall. This morning’s meeting gave me several new contacts with products that would be ideal for gift sales.”

Hide AdLibby Blackwell of the Preston Marriott said: “Flexibility is key. Work through the fear and look at how you can help the community. Our customers will remember those businesses who showed understanding and empathy. We’re already talking to Coral about another conference – in the future.”
Pink Link will be adding more masterclasses to their website on a wide variety of topics. As well as serious topics such as financial advice, debt management and wills/POA, they are also planning karaoke with Kim Fox, gin cocktails with Lytham Gin, a home-working style guide with Moo Style and many more to help women professionally, physically and mentally.
