More live shows in region hit by coronavirus outbreak
Michael Ball & Alfie Boe’s upcoming cinema event across the UK has been postponed due to government advice to avoid any entertainment spaces, and many cinema chains closing.
The Back Together screening event, recorded live at the finale of their tour earlier this year at London’s O2 Arena, will now be rescheduled to September 12 and 13.

Meanwhile, Julian Wilde, speaking on behalf of Lytham Hall’s Open Air Theatre Programme, said: “I am sorry to have to tell you that this summer’s open air theatre programme at Lytham Hall has to be postponed until 2021. Disappointing news but sensible to decide now, I think.
“I hope to have the same plays and companies in 2021 on the corresponding dates. By acting now any immediate expenditure can be reduced to a minimum and much of the background work done this winter and spring can be carried forward to the 2021 season.
“By the autumn of this year I hope that future planning will be somewhat easier and I will keep you in the picture.
“My best wishes to you and your family for good health and strong minds.”
