CCTV appeal launched after Morecambe taxi rank attack
Police were called by the ambulance service at 3.55am on Tuesday June 21 to reports of an incident close to the taxi rank in Queen Street.
A 21-year-old man was found at the scene with facial injuries.

Hide AdOfficers believe the man was at the rank when he was approached by two men.
The pair punched the 21-year-old and kicked him in the head, causing the victim to lose consciousness.
The victim suffered injuries to his jaw, a broken tooth, bruising and a cut to his forehead and was taken to Royal Lancaster Infirmary for treatment by paramedics.
Detectives have released images of two men they would like to speak to (pictured) following the assault.

Hide AdDet Con Corinne Cleasby, of Lancaster CID, said: “We are appealing for information following an assault in Morecambe.
“A 21-year-old man was waiting for a taxi when he was brutally attacked by two men, suffering particularly nasty injuries.
“We are very keen to speak to these men, pictured, following the incident.
“If you recognise them, please contact police immediately.”
