Boy, woman and PC were assaulted
A man who assaulted a boy and a woman has been given 18 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months.
Kristian Raymond Gore, of Shireburne Drive, Duxbury Manor, Chorley, also assaulted a police officer during the disturbance on Chorley on August 22.
He appeared before Preston Magistrates’ Court.

Hide AdDuring a hearing the 31-year-old pleaded guilty to charges of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence, and three counts of assault.
The bench ruled he must pay £200 compensation to the boy, £200 to the woman and £300 to the police officer.
He was also ordered to have alcohol treatment and was given a rehabilitation activity requirement.
The court ordered he must also carry out unpaid work for 200 hours.
Man had a steak knife in the street

Hide AdA man who was caught walking in a public street armed with a steak knife has been jailed.
Said Khalid, 27, of no fixed abode, admits possessing an offensive weapon after he was caught with a brown handled steak knife on Liverpool Road, Penwortham, on October 6.Preston
Magistrates’ Court jailed him for four months.
The bench said the offence was so serious because of the “obvious and clear potential of danger to the safety of other members of the public” and a “total lack of appreciation of this”.
He must pay a £115 victim surcharge and the court ordered the knife to be destroyed.

Daniel Lawrenson, 59, of Redcar Avenue, Ingol, Preston, was discharged for six months after admitting obstructing a PC and must pay a £20 surcharge and £175 costs.
Darren Yates, 47, of Barnside, Euxton, Chorley, was found guilty of failing to have a TV licence and must pay a £60 fine, £30 surcharge and £120 costs.
Nicola Wolsetnholme, 43, of Scholl Street, Bamber Bridge, near Preston, was found guilty of failing to have a TV licence and must pay a £60 fine, £30 surcharge and £120 costs.

Hide AdDiane Slater, 54, of Egerton Road, Ashton-on-Ribble, Preston, was bound over in the sum of £50 for 12 months after admitting breaching the peace.
Piotr Wroblewski, 34, of Shaw Street, Preston, was discharged for 12 months after admitting possessing amphetamine, driving without insurance and driving without a licence.
Haydon Lishman, 18, of Alderfield, Penwortham, got a rehabilitation activity after admitting allowing himself to be carried in a stolen car and must pay a £85 surcharge.
Shannon Greene, 22, of St Austins Road, Preston, admits taking a vehicle without consent, driving without insurance and driving without a licence and must pay a £270 fine and £30 surcharge.

Connor McNally, 21, of Pall Mall, Chorley, was given a curfew after admitting assault and must pay £200 compensation and £150 costs.
Shaun Lenardy, 28, of Ullswater Road, Chorley, got a curfew and 28 month road ban after admitting drink driving, and must pay an £85 surcharge and £650 costs.
