Vehicle checksite pulls in almost £2,000 in fines say Lancs Road Police.

Almost £2,000 worth of fines have been handed out today following a multi-agency vehicle checksite.

Lancs Road Police reported that were 15 positive vehicle interventions throughout the day following the crackdown with the DVSA.

They tweeted: "11 fixed penalties for overweight vehicles totalling £1900 worth of fines, 1 Disq driver, 2 no ins seized s165, 1 tacho offence and 6 pg9."
