Adam Badat, who runs AK Active fitness studio with his wife Kimberley, will complete Teenage Cancer Trust's charity challenge of 3,000 press ups in 30 days.
The former body builder, however, will attempt the full set in just 24 hours on Friday, November 6.

Hide AdAdam, who has a £150 target, said: "We know Covid-19 has had a massive effect on teenagers in the area in key parts of their lives, like exam results and university.
"Someone experiencing cancer at that age is unthinkable, especially in these times. So, I want to use my voice to help them."
The fitness fantastic achieved 300 press ups in an hour and a half while doing a circuit class during a trial run - and says he has a lot of training left to do!
"It's pretty daunting but it's nothing compared to what teenagers with cancer are going through," he added.

Hide AdHe has also been researching extreme athletes who tackle mind-blowing feats to keep himself motivated.
"I've been watching people who do box jumps up mountains and climb ropes totalling the length of Mount Everest - but again, what I'm doing is nothing compared to that," he said.
Adam plans to live stream the challenge from the fitness studio where he says he will spend the night and fuel himself with cake.
