The Deputy Mayor and Preston Windrush representatives amongst others will be attending from 10am to also celebrate diversity within communities.
Sophie Wilding of Community Network Outreach Services (CNOS) said: "This is thanks to Councillor J Alty and her efforts with liaising with the Council and it's team in making this happen for the second year and hopefully for many more to come.

Windrush Day was introduced in June 2018 on the 70th anniversary of the Windrush migration where an estimated half a million people made their way to England after the Second World War.
The purpose of Windrush Day is to encourage communities across the country to celebrate the contribution of the Windrush Generation and their descendants.
Last June a Windrush campaigner from Preston was honoured in the Queen’s Birthday List for her services to the Afro-Caribbean community in the city.
