Preston North End retain a slim hope of reaching the play-offs but Wednesday’s 1-0 defeat to Brentford in London made that task increasingly difficult for Alex Neil’s men. Since the return of the Championship the team have found it difficult with just the one win in seven fixtures.
In only one of those matches have they managed more than one goal, something which Sky Sports pundits Jobi McAnuff and Sam Saunders addressed when talking about what is required recruitment wise in the transfer market.

2. £18m salary cap

3. Casilla ‘not good enough’

Premier League side West Ham have enquired about Wigan Athletic ace Cedric Kipre. With the Latics put into administration it could lead to a fire sale this summer.
